Each roll of fabric we receive is evaluated for shrinkage, colour stability, durability, and overall feel. Only the finest materials is used during production, ensuring a superior base for every custom pair.
At Custom Made Jeans, quality control begins long before the first measurement is taken. Because every denim has a unique character, we rigorously test every roll of Candiani denim that enters our atelier for durability and shrinkage. Under our direct supervision, each pair is cut, washed, and trimmed to your client’s exact specifications. To maintain our signature standards, garments undergo multiple inspections throughout production and a final quality check before shipment.
